A Russian champlevé Easter egg, Moscow circa 1908 - 1917. The two halves with a gold washed interior, the exterior profusely decorated with flat beaded borders, trefoil borders, foliate scrolls, flower heads, brackets, scrolls and a central roundel all in subtle complimentary colors against an oxidized silver ground. Hallmarks inside the lower half for Pavel Ovchinnikov, Moscow kokoshnik 84 standard. Sells March 19, 2015.

A Russian silver gilt and shaded cloisonne enamel kovsh-shape ladle, Feodor Ruckert, Moscow, 1896-1908. The bowl with raised lobe-shape panels is decorated in alternating scrolling foliate motifs against multi-color grounds of red, pale blue, cream and green enamel. The shaped elongated handle is worked in similar floral motifs against a plae blue ground.
