totem pole using recycled objects. This will be perfect for Day Camp next year since it's going to be western. Cowboys and Indians! I'm thinking give each boy one to decorate and then combine each dens together for the finished product.

Lesson on Totem Poles (History/Geography and Art Integrated Lessons).

This is an awesome totem pole project for Native American unit. I would use this project only AFTER teaching my students about the significance and meaning of totem poles in Native American cultures.
