Chocolate Protein Mug Cake
Amazingly moist and decadent, this chocolate protein mug cake is the perfect healthy snack or dessert with around 15g of protein! It is incredibly easy to make and is ready in 5 minutes. This vegan protein mug cake also happens to be gluten-free and dairy-free too.

1-minute Chocolate Cookie (vegan & gluten-free)🤩 So many of you asked for a vegan version of my brownie cookie, so had to create one!😍 This cookie is so fudgy and chocolaty! It is a perfect treat when you suddenly crave something sweet! If you aren’t coeliac or intolerant to gluten, you can of course use regular flour in this!☺️ Ingredients: • 2 tablespoons maple syrup • 1 tablespoon peanut butter • 1 tablespoon cacao powder • 1 tablespoon gluten-free flour (or regular) • 1 tablespoon almond milk • 1 tablespoon dark chocolate chips Instructions: • 1. Mix the maple syrup and peanut butter together. • 2. Add the flour, cacao powder and almond milk and stir until combined • 3. Spread it on a plate lined with parchment paper • 4. Sprinkle the dark chocolate chips on top • 5.

Healthy 4 Ingredients Yoghurt Cake
🥣🍰Healthy 4 ingredients Yoghurt cake @healthy_floflo Ingredients for 6-8 small slices: ▪️300g thick Greek yoghurt (I used 5% @fage_uk )* ▪️50ml honey ▪️20g cornflour (~2 tbsp) ▪️2 eggs Instructions: 🍰In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until you form a smooth batter. 🍰In a round baking tin (15cm/6 inches) add some baking paper and pour the batter. Give it a tap/ little shake so it distributes evenly and then add a piece of foil to cover it. 🍰Bake at 180C for 50 mins (remove the foil after 20 minutes). 🍰Once the cake is out of the oven let it cool down into the tin for 20 minutes then transfer it to a plate
