This instrument is called Hang and was created in 2000 by Felix Rohner and Sabina Schärer in Switzerland in their company PANArt Hangbau AG, the instrument has evolved in different models, that's how this other company Pantheon Stell reproduced it in 2007; alternately it is called Handpan, Zen Pan or Spacedrum. Innovative and nice sound!
