I was a ballet dancer for 10 years, so class planning for me is like choreography in many ways - figuring out what movements flow well together and trying to freshen up basic exercises with something unique. 📍Integrate your own movement history Think outside the box and combine other movement practices into your teaching style. Outside of Pilates I box, climb, lift weights and do ballet - combining some of these movements with Pilates has helped to inform my own unique class style and share my knowledge of other areas with clients (I’m yet to incorporate climbing but maybe this is something to look into😂). 📍 Lift Weights, Teaching Style, Fresh Ideas, Ballet Dancers, Choreography, Yoga Practice, Maddie, Incorporate
