I think (therefore I am an Artist) II Pea Restall & unknown dog. A piece about how important creative experimentation is in the artistic process. As artists, if we are just ideas generators, with no physical touch on the work, are we then philosophers, idealists, imaginaries, but no longer artists? I feel creating allows the work to evolve, structure, shape, surfaces/decoration. We are considering each element of the piece as it develops, intermingling concept and structure, making art.
