Homemade Chips & Salsa is so easy! 🍅 | Homemade Chips & Salsa is so easy! 🍅 | By Kyle & Mistie Knight | Take some ripe roma tomatoes. Place those in our air fryer, some garlic, half of a white onion, and some jalapeno. And we're going to pop that into our air fryer. We've got it preheated. To 390 degrees and set for 10 minutes. Alright, let's check out our roasted veggies. Look at how beautiful that turned out. That. Now, we're going to take everything and place it into a bowl and give it a moment to cool. Alright, now I've got some fresh cilantro. I'm going to be chopping that but y'all tell me, are you one of those people that thinks that cilantro taste like soap or you a fan of cilantro? I personally love it. I'm going to chop it up but you don't have to be too specific with the because we're going to throw this in the food processor with all of our roasted veggies. Stems are okay because they are yummy as well. Take your roasted veggies, set those off to the side to give them a moment to cool. Now, I'm going to show you how to make some homemade chips. Now, these are going to be the low-carb chips. Y'all are often asking for low-carb recipes. So, use these low-carb tortillas and then we're going to go ahead and cut them using our pizza cutter Okay. So, I'm not the best at making it symmetrical but you're going to cut that so that it forms triangles Now, you're going to take those tortilla triangles, place those in your air fryer, try to space em out as much as you can and then we're going to spray this with a bit of olive oil. Avocado oil, it's even better. Just give it a quick spray and then we're going to add and pop that into the air fryer. Before you know it, yummy, low-carb chips. Alright, now we're going to take those roasted jalapeno. I'm going to cut off the stems because we don't need that part. We're going to take that jalapeno and that goes inside the food processor with the roasted onion. This is going to be yummy. Alright, our lid goes on. Notice that we haven't added the tomatoes and garlic just yet. Go ahead and process this. Give that a little bit of a chop and now, we're going to add those tomatoes. You can leave the skins behind. You don't need the skins I love roasted tomatoes. These are going to be delicious and with the roasted garlic, if you give it a squeeze, it will pop out just like that. We're going to just have a couple cloves added in there because true Mexican salsa is not super garlicky but of course, if you like garlic, you could add more. Here we go. Bit of course. And now, we're going to add that fresh cilantro, add some salt, pepper if you like. And I can't wait to taste test this. And look at that. Homemade salsa y'all. This does not get any easier. Your air fryer is so versatile and remember we did those low-carb chips. We've got those as well. I can't wait to taste test these. Alright, Kyle, you better get in here. I'm running over it now. Alright, here we go. I use the jalapeno because I like it spicy but you can leave that off. Alright, here we go. I'm so excited to see if you like it. Wow. Mm. It's got some kick to it. Okay. That's good. Spicy than I thought it was going to be. But it's really good. Didn't it taste like restaurant salsa? It could be. We could start our own Misty restaurant right here. Let's try the low carb chip. What should I call my restaurant y'all? Let me know in the comments. What should we name the restaurant? This is so good. Mm. You got chips all over your face. That's how you know it's good. Mm hmm.

Easy Snack Mix 🥨 | Easy Snack Mix 🥨 #airfryer #snacks #easyrecipes | By Kyle & Mistie Knight | Third a cup of peanuts. Add a cup of pretzels. Got a third a cup of cheese it. Corn shakes. One cup of rice checks. Got a third cup of cashews. You can use whatever nuts you want for this. Hm. Now you're going to add a little bit of seasoning salt. And some garlic powder as well. Little bit of onion powder as well. You know what else we need from the fridge? Some butter. Some butter? Yep. There's some bread on the top. I'm sure I can get that for you. Butter, butter, butter. Uh there it is. Butter. Right there. Good. Great. Now we're going to take that butter and melt it in the microwave. Get it all mixed up. You know what Kyle? Let's get deep here for a second. You know what? The three hardest things to say in English language are. What's that? I'm sorry. Uh huh. I was wrong. Yeah. And Worcestershire sauce. Worcestershire. Yes. Did I do that right? Somebody told me it's washer sister sauce. So, we'll say that. I've got our melted butter. I'm going to add a little bit of Worcestershire as well. Give that a mix and that is going to give it some good flavoring and then, we're going to just drizzle that over the top. You want to add more melted butter, you can. And we're going to give it one more mix. Alright, everything's nice and glistening. That means it's time to go into the air fryer. I love the air fryer. It's so easy. We're going to have this preset 350 degrees. We're going to cook this for about 9 minutes. Halfway through, you're going to give it a toss and then at the nine-minute mark, it should be nice and toasty and we're going to give it a taste test. So, don't go anywhere. Now, while that's cooking, it's time for the riddle of the day. Let's give this one a try. When I was four, my brother was half my age and now, I'm thirty. How old is my brother? Ooh, this is a tricky one. Give this one a try. Let us know where you're from and then, give us your guess and we'll see if you get it right. Y'all, this was the fastest, easiest party mix I have ever made. Look at that. It was ready in just a few minutes. You got friends coming over. You want to throw something together? This is going to be a hit. Kyle, let's taste test this. I'm excited to try it. Got a little bit of everything. It's a little warm because he just finished cooking it so don't burn yourself. I like the pretzels. Very good, isn't it? I mean, this is what you want at a party, right? Mm hmm. That seasoning and the Worcestershire and the butter adds just the right amount of flavor. It is hot. It's hot but it's delicious. Y'all are going to love it.
