Pre nego što počnete praviti skonse, morate znati dve vrlo bitne stvari. 1. Radite testo što je manje moguće. 2. Pojedini sastojci MORAJU biti hladni. Nakon što ih napravite, vaša kuhinja će se pretvoriti u najbolju pekaru u koju ste ikada ušli! Tekstura sveže pečenog hleba, miris tek pečenih mafina, prhka i pahuljasta površina biskvita, prožet bobičastim voćem koji nakon pečenja podseća na domaći džem. Ko se usuđuje da ih proba?  :)
