Smothered Hamburger Steak - this was amazingly delicious and so easy! I mixed onion soup mix in with the raw hamburger before making the patties, along with some other spices. I also let it simmer for a long time (close to an hour) so the patties could get tender and gravy flavor could cook in.
Perogie casserole -put 1 bag of favorite frozen perogies in a large bowl. Fry an onion in butter and pour over frozen perogies and toss. Add left over ham or cooked ham. In a small bowl mix 1 can of cream of mushroom soup and a cup of milk. Pour the soup mixture over the perogies and ham mixture and put in casserole dish. Add cheddar cheese to top. cover and bake at 350 for about 35 minutes. Fast and yummy!
