Chicken Curry in the Pakistani Manner (Murghi ka Saalan): MMM HMM This tastes greaaatttt on rice. So, I pretty much followed as directed. Except that I subbed a can of diced tomatoes with chiles in it, and subbed serranos for red pepper, I completely forgot to add salt, remind myself for next time that this needs more salt.... Overall the tomato and spice really made this saucy chicken curry delicious and I want seconds!
