Herbert Werner Franke (* 14. Mai 1927 in Wien) ist ein österreichischer Wissenschaftler und Schriftsteller. Er gilt als einer der bedeutendsten lebenden deutschsprachigen Science-Fiction-Autoren und schrieb auch unter den Pseudonymen Sergius Both und Peter Parsival.
