Plus for being dairy free, gluten free, oil free, AND refined sugar free...these things are even more bomb 🤩💕        1 medium avocado  1/2 cup cacao powder (cocoa works as well)  1/4 cup almond flour  1 cup coconut sugar  1 tsp vanilla  1/2 tsp kosher salt  2 eggs  1/2 tsp baking powder  1/2 cup chocolate chips  1/4 cup chopped pecans (optional)  zest of 1/2 orange (optional)    Preheat your oven to 350F. Begin by mashing your avocado into a puree. Then add in the vanilla extract and eggs then mix thoroughly. in a separate bowl sift your cacao powder to get rid of clumps then add coconut sugar, almond flour, salt, and baking powder then mix. Add in chocolate chips then liquid mixture and fold until fully incorporated. Then in a parchment paper lined 9x9 baking tray, scrape and smooth out your batter. Chop your pecans then add them on top or other additions. Then bake for 40 minutes.
