Vintage bottle and can opener! As late as the 70s, I can still remember using the bottle opener on glass soda bottles. The pointy end was for puncturing tin beer and soda cans (before pop tops were introduced) or other tin cans containing liquid (big Hi-C juice cans etc) so it could be poured.
