Oats never looked better! This is my most popular recipe for a reason! You really can never go wrong with anything raspberry cheesecake 🤤 For the Base: ▪️1/3 cup Rolled Oats ▪️1/4 cup Yoghurt ▪️1 scoop Protein Powder ▪️1 tbs Raspberry Jam ▪️1/4 cup Almond Milk Ganache Topping: ▪️30g White Chocolate ▪️1 tbs Yoghurt METHOD: 1. Mix base ingredients together until combined and smooth/flatten down. 2. Melt white chocolate with coconut yoghurt and spread over the top of the oats. 3. Marble through extra jam for extra prettiness. 4. Leave in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to set.
