Get a full body workout in the Reformer studio with us! Pulling the straps on the long box we are giving our arms (specifically the triceps, rhomboids and lower trapezius) a challenging workout- and of course this can be catered to our clients strength wise by changing the springs to lighter or heavier! We love adding in a little Magic circle action to strengthen and tone the Inner Thigh muscles also!  Reformer classes:
