Ingredients:
6 cups fresh baby spinach
2 cups fresh strawberries, halved
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup feta cheese, crumbled
1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
Balsamic glaze for drizzling
Balsamic Glaze (optional homemade):
1 cup balsamic vinegar
2 tablespoons honey
Instructions:
If making homemade balsamic glaze, simmer vinegar and honey until reduced by half
Wash and dry spinach leaves
Hull and halve strawberries
Layer spinach in a large serving bowl
Arrange strawberries, pecans, and red onion slices
Sprinkle with crumbled feta
Drizzle with balsamic glaze just before serving
