Canned Goods
1/2 cup Chicken stock
10 Chili, cut into 1/2-inch pieces (approximately 3 tbs.), dried
1 1/2 tsp Soy sauce, dark
3 tbsp Soy sauce, light
Baking & Spices
2 tsp Baking soda
3 tsp Cornstarch
2 tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp White pepper
Oils & Vinegars
2 tbsp Cooking oil
1 tsp Sesame oil
2 tbsp Vinegar, black
Beer, Wine & Liquor
2 tbsp Shaoxing wine or dry sherry
1 Tbs. Sichuan peppercorns, toasted and lightly grind
