Create your own scrabble board on your wall with your own family names or add decorations to a shelf with your favorite word. Price is for individual letters. Color & Sizes Each letter is constructed out of pine wood and comes in two different sizes: 5.5 x 5.5 inches or 3.5 x 3.5 inches. The background color and lettering are hand painted your choice of colors. Tiles are available in solid colors, distressed, and whitewashed. I do not use vinyl letters on these tiles that might fall off later instead each letter is hand painted on to protect your investment. The point value number comes on each tile but can be left off if desire. Each letter is painted like color samples and are not distressed unless distressed is chosen in the background color section. Distressed tiles: The black, brown, and gray distressed shows brown wood grain in distressed areas. The white and cream tiles are distressed showing the font color in the distressed areas. If like the font color to be viewed in distressed areas instead of natural wood please right distress with font color in personalization box. I know that everyone definition of distressed is different. I consider my tiles to be medium distressed. If you like your tiles to be lightly distressed or heavily distressed please specify in personalization box. If not specified tiles will be medium distressed. Hanging: The tiles can be purchased with or without command strips velcro attached. If velcro is not selected from drop down menu with background color the tiles will not include any mounting hardware. Command strips are the easiest way to hang these tiles because they let the tiles set flush on the wall with each other and do require all the measuring and drilling. Processing & Back of tiles: To keep processing time down on each order the back of the tiles will be left unfinished. This will not be noticeable at all if hanging on wall. If wanting to use tiles in some other way and back of the tiles will be visible I will finish the back at no extra cost but please be aware that they will have a 3 day longer processing time. If want back finished please leave me message in the personalization box that you want back finished. Order placement: When placing order please enter the letters you would like in the personalization box with the number of tiles you would like of that letter. To minimize confusion please write all letters in capitals. For example A-2, M-1, 3-E. Once completed the personalization box add item to cart and adjust quantity to the number of tiles needed.
