This hat was handmade back in the 1950's by a very crafty lady She used a plastic hat, cut off the top, put a styrofoam tree form in the hole, wrapped in netting & decorated with sequins & miniature glass ornaments One of a kind! There is an elastic chin "strap" & green ribbon to hold in place Measures approx. 12" tall
