Carrots are great post workout when you consume volume a la Fighter Diet.  Fry shredded carrots in a ceramic coated pan (some coconut spray and add water so it's half half sauteed).  Shred or cut lifetime cheese in pieces and mix. Add cinnamon.  Stir and let the cheese melt.  It might sound weird but it's really tasty!  www.fighterdiet.com
