Easy Egg Breakfast Treats!
INGREDIENTS
2 avocados
4 eggs
salt
pepper
crushed red pepper
1/4 cup red pepper, chopped (optional)
basil (optional)
1 piece of bacon, cooked (optional)
1/8 cup of cheese (optional)
chives (optional)
1. Preheat-1 min
Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Slice-5 mins
Slice the avocados and remove the pits.
3. Place-6 mins
Using the backside of a muffin pan, place the avocados in between the muffin cups. Scoop out a bigger hole where the pit was.
4. Break-13-15 mins
Break an egg into the center of each avocado. Add salt and pepper. Season with your choice of herbs and toppings.
5. Bake-13-15 mins
