🛌 When we move first thing in the morning we are “priming” our joints, muscles and spine for the daily stressors we will face throughout the day. This also initiates our nervous system to allow our brain 🧠 and body🧍🏽♀️to work in unison to start your day off feeling ready to take on the world 🌎
