Ingredients for making CHICKPEA NUTELLA:
• 1 can (1 1/2 cup) chickpea, drained
• 1 1/2 cup vegan milk (I use homemade)
• 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
• 5 medjool dates or to taste
• 1 Tbsp maple syrup or to taste
• 1 tsp coconut oil (optional)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract (optional)
• 1/4 tsp pink salt.
Blend everything until very creamy. Taste for sweetness. Add more milk if it is too thick.
