With 20g of protein and 10g of fibre per small portion these chocolate protein puddings are a great option for a quick breakfast or dessert. They are easy to make ahead and great for meal prep as will last in the fridge for about 3 days. They’re refined sugar free and just sweetened with the banana and contain no protein powder.
