This tutu is made up of 3 layers of tulle in brown embellished with white polka dots with a matching tail pinned to the skirt. The front has a removable bow and includes the matching headband. Sizes: 6mo-18mo: fits 12-20 inch waists and has a length of 7.5 inches 2-7 years: fits 18-28 inch waists and has a length of 11 inches 8yr-teen: fits 20-30 inch waists and has a length of 13 inches Teen-small adult: fits 24-36 inch waists and has a length of 15 inches *Please take waist (where you want the tutu to sit) and length measurements prior to ordering to find what size will fit best. The headband is available in your choice of hard arch headband which fits ages 3-adult or elastic. The tail is made up of braided yarn in shades of tan and brown, a gold bow and has a pin on the back for easy removal if desired. There is no cancelations, returns or refunds on costume items.
