Parmesan•1/2 Cup Pasta Water. 1. Boil pasta. 2. Preheat a separate pot over medium heat & add butter. Once butter is melted add onions and sauté for 2-3 mins until they’re starting to become tender and translucent. 3. Add broccoli, garlic, salt, pepper and sauté for 3-4 more mins until broccoli is almost tender. 4. Add flour and mix in with veggies. Cook 1min. then stir in milk add cream cheese then stir until melted 5. Drain and mix pasta with sauce and stir in parmesan. Cook 2-3 more mins. stirring constantly add pasta water if needed. Enjoy!
