Ingredients: Chicken fillet - 300 g Eggs - 1 pc Tomatoes - 1.5 pcs Hard cheese - 50 g Sour cream - 2 tbsp Flour whole grain or regular - 2.5 tbsp Salt to taste Dill ⠀ 1️⃣Cut the fillet into small pieces, add the egg, grated cheese, finely chopped dill and tomatoes, mix the remaining ingredients well. 2️⃣Lightly grease the frying pan with vegetable oil, put the cutlets on it with a spoon. 3️⃣Fry over low heat for about 4 minutes on both sides until golden brown.
