Strawberry Santa 🎅 ✨Ingredients 10-15 large fresh strawberries 1/2 cup melted vegan white chocolate 1/4 cup vegan cream cheese ✨Optional black sesame seeds for eyes (or black sprinkles) red round sprinkles for nose (you can also use red frosting or icing) ✨Directions Melt the vegan white chocolate and measure out 1/2 cup of melted chocolate. To the melted chocolate, add the vegan cream cheese and whisk them together. Transfer the mixture to a piping bag and slice off the bottom. I added a piping tip to the end of my piping bag to make cuter piped patterns, but that part is optional. Wash your strawberries and cut off the bottom where the stem is. Then cut each strawberry in the middle. Remove the top part of the berry and pipe a generous amount of frosting mixture.
