• 1/4 tsp Asafetida
• 2 Bay leaves, whole
• 2 tsp Coriander, powder
• 2 tsp Fennel
• 1 tsp Ginger, dry
• 2 Kashmiri dry red chilies, whole

• 2 tsp All-purpose flour
• 2 Cardamoms, black
• 2 Cardamoms, green
• 1/2 tsp Garam masala, powder
• 2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
• 5 Peppercorns, whole black
• 1 1/3 tbsp Salt
• 1/4 tsp Turmeric, powder
Oils & Vinegars
• 4 tbsp Mustard oil
• 3 cups Oil
Nuts & Seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin, powder
Dairy
• 1 1/2 cups Yogurt, plain
Other
• 3-4 cloves (laung) (crushed)
