Tarta de Santiago ( Almond cake), sin trigo, ni mantequilla, especial para CELÍACOS. Precalentar el horno a 180 grados. Elaboración: 3 huevos bien batidos, añadir 200 grs. de azúcar, seguir batiendo, añadir 250 grs. de almendra molida y mezclar, untar un molde de 20 cms de diámetro con aceite, añadir la mezcla y hornear 25 a 30 minutos.Espolvorear con azúcar glass. Opcional: otros sustitutivos del azúcar
