Shaker Step Stool/Kitchen Stool

Shaker furniture is so simple, functional, and beautiful. This Step Stool was often used around the kitchen by the Shakers. With a tall back, it's easy to lift and carry, no bending over to pick it up, and has a hole in the back to hang it on the wall if you like, just like the Shakers did.

Made with all Dovetail joinery, this stool is very strong and will last for generations.

Pictured is the stool in Cherry, the traditional wood for the Shakers. It is also available in Walnut. If you would like it in another wood species, please let me know.

Dimensions: The back is 31" tall, the step is 9" tall, the width is 7" and the depth is 10 1/2"
