Native American, northern Pacific Northwest coast, probably Haida from Haida Gwaii (Queen Charlotte Island), British Columbia, ca. 1950s CE. A beautiful cedar totem pole featuring an eagle atop a bear; at the bear's feet is a human-like mask with a large crest. The carved figures are atop an integral foot.
