Baked Calamari dish! 🦑🍅🧀
Ingredients:
3 squid
15 cherry tomatoes
50 grams of green olives (1/3 cup)
30 grams of Taggiasca olives (1/4 cup)
30 grams of grated Parmesan cheese (1/4 cup)
2 heaping tablespoons of breadcrumbs
Oregano to taste
Half a lemon (juice and zest)
5 basil leaves
Salt & pepper
Olive oil
Place the squid rings in a baking dish, cover them with the tomato and olive mixture, and drizzle with olive oil.
Bake in a preheated oven at 190°C (375°F) for about 20 minutes or until the squid is crispy.
