Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup raspberries (120 ml / about 60 g)
• 1/2 cup strawberries (120 ml / about 70 g)
• 2 tablespoons chia seeds
• 1/2 - 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions:
• 1. Mash the berries
