• 4 Anchovy fillets in oil

• 500 g Msc-certified sustainable fresh tuna

Produce

• 2 tbsp Basil

• 200 g French beans

• 1 tbsp Parsley

• 500 g Potatoes, small new

• 1/2 Red onion

• 1 Handful Rocket, leaves

• 4 Tomatoes

Refrigerated

• 2 Eggs, medium free-range

Condiments

• 50 g Nicoise olives

• 1 tsp Wholegrain mustard

Baking & Spices

• 1/4 tsp Caster sugar

• 1/2 tsp Salt

• 1/2 tsp Sugar

Oils & Vinegars

• 5 tbsp Olive oil, extra-virgin

• 4 tsp Red wine vinegar
