Brats with onions and peppers
• Provolone cheese
• Get a pan, toss in your brats with a little bit of water or beer and let them brown up!
• Sauté the onions and peppers in some butter or oil until they are tender to your liking!
• Place some cheese over the onions and peppers, pour in a tablespoon of water, cover and let the cheese melt.
• Assemble your hoagie and enjoy!
