You have to try this trending snack with the added raspberries! 🤤 Ingredients • 1 rice cake • Nut butter (I use homemade almond butter) • Dark chocolate chips • Fresh raspberries • Sea salt Instructions • Melt some dark chocolate chips in the microwave (I added a little bit of coconut oil to my chocolate chips to help them melt — optional). • Spread nut butter on the rice cake and top with fresh raspberries. • Gently smash the raspberries down with a fork. • Drizzle/cover the rice cake with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sea salt. • Place the chocolate covered rice cake on a small tray or plate lined with parchment paper and place in the freezer until hardened, about 15-30 minutes. • Enjoy straight from
