The Quercus lamp, by Max Ashford, is basically a bottle attached to a curved piece of wood - and it is this simplicity that makes it so spectacular. The materials used are fitting, the unclear glass, the cork and the blue wire. Max entered this lamp in the 'Delight in Light' competition, and you may vote for him here.
