As a result, a single cup of raisins comes packed with over 4x the calories of a cup of regular grapes 😳🍇🍇🍇🍇 Having said that, there's nothing wrong with including moderate amount of raisins in your diet (they're fan-freaking-tastic in oatmeal and cookies 🍪).
