It's smooth, creamy and made without cream cheese and loaded with vanilla and butter. - - - pinner: yummy; easy; used 3 Tbsp whipping cream; measured 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar then sifted(did not need 3 cups); let cinnamon rolls cool for 10 minutes before frosting

Pumpkin Banana Bread - - - pinner: good flavor & texture; 45 mins. too short; 1 hr too long; 1 cup banana = 2 bananas; salty - 1 tsp kosher salt is too much(use maybe 1/2 tsp)(kosher salt is a bad choice -the grains are too big; conversion of fine sea salt would disperse better)

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal - - - pinner: good, but berries need to be tossed with some brown sugar before adding oat mixture; use 1/2 tsp fine sea salt not 3/4 tsp; I used fresh strawberries instead of blueberries, coconut oil instead of butter, & honey instead of maple syrup; pecans may be better added on top before sprinkling with raw(or even granulated) sugar (instead of toasting first & mixing in with oats - they lose their “toastiness” when baked in the wet mixture)

Magnolia Table Restaurant 1919 pimento cheese - - - pinner: yummy; makes a lot; good on white bread or sourdough crackers; didn’t use pecans, but bet it would taste good; could only find a block of sharp white cheddar; love it with the green onions; used Duke’s mayo (probably better with only 1 1/2 cups); have also made it with diced roasted red peppers instead of pimentos

Basic New York Style pizza dough recipe | Serious Eats - - - pinner: yummy; easy to make and easy dough to work; super thin almost non-existent crust; baked 15 minutes at 550° - - too high; baked 15 minutes at 500° - - worked well; didn’t oil or use cornmeal on pan and it stuck very bad(last pizza, I lifted the dough from the pan right before placing in oven and it barely stuck); might try just dividing dough into two balls and making a larger pizza with a slightly thicker crust

Fire crackers- - - I used 1 lb of goldfish crackers; no garlic powder (didn’t have any); added two dashes of cayenne pepper; let oil mixture sit for several hours (so flavors could meld) then added to the crackers; tossed crackers periodically for 15 minutes then spread on baking sheet; baked at 250° for 30 minutes, tossing every 10 minutes; 1 cup of oil was too much for 1 lb of goldfish crackers (next time I’ll try 1/2 cup oil & keep everything else the same, but bake 15 mins)

Crackers Everyone loves them!!! A box of saltines, 1 1/2 C. of oil, ranch dressing packet, 2 tsp. garlic powder, 2 tsp. crushed red pepper. Mix, pour over saltines in container, bake 10 min. on low. (200* or 250*)these are AMAZING!!!!!

How to pop perfect stovetop popcorn | 3 TBSP coconut oil, 1/3 cup popcorn, popcorn salt, 1 TBSP butter; heat oil in 3 qt pot over medium high heat until melted then add 3 popcorn kernels; once kernels pop, add butter & quickly swish with oil; quickly add rest of popcorn kernels & salt; cover pot, remove from heat, & count to 30; put pot back on heat, slightly askew lid so steam can escape, & frequently shake pot until popping has a few seconds in between; shake & dump into a serving bowl
