Pictures and Videos of all electrical, plumbing and studs before insulation and drywall - $0 2.	Interior Installation - Our entire house insulation cost was $11,000 for all walls, ceiling and floors. Not having insulation for a couple/few walls would have made the cost go down only by a $1K-2K. 3.	Caulk all gaps between the walls and installed floors - $0 4.	Add niches with integrated lights to add character - $200-$400/niche 5.	Hot water hose bib on one of the exterior walls - $0 6.	Install additional electrical outlet - $125-$150 7.	Install wire shelves in closets as an economical alternative - $0

Dennis Comstock - Builder Brigade on Instagram: "I ❤️ spray foam but here’s my main CON: 1. You won’t be able to identify leaks in the roof. The water will absorb into the open cell foam and cause the roof sheathing to rot before you realize there is a problem. If you go with a standing seam metal roof, this is almost a non-issue. 🙋‍♂️ Would I want it on my house…? Hell Yeah! At least at the roofline. For the exterior walls: Zip-R in conjunction with Batt insulation would be my pick if my budget could handle it! Open-cell spray foam applied to the roofline will create a conditioned attic instead of a vented attic. If you’ve ever been inside a spray foamed attic, it’s shocking the temperature difference compared to a vented attic 😅. In GA, the HVAC handler and ducts are typically

Dennis Comstock - Builder Brigade on Instagram: "✅The Ultimate Home Building Checklist at BuilderBrigade.com Do you like these buried in underground: #1 – Buried Tank #2 – Septic Tank Lids #3 – Water Main Shut-Off I’ve changed my tune on the buried tank, I like the idea of them being out in the open for ease of maintenance but if they’re unsightly because you require a big tank, underground is the way to go. I will always prefer septic tank risers because digging up the lid sucks and it tears up the yard. And I like the water main inside the house if I have the option.
