Here is a human caricature commission I did before Christmas. I've drawn these kids every year for several years, starting from some festival somewhere. The last two years their dad has been sending pics via email, as so many other clients have. After so long, they're finally starting to look familiar to me, lol. Last evening's drawing at the last hour, a 12 minute tired self portrait. 7x5 graphite in the sketch book. I really wanted to skip yesterday, but finally got to my hotel and saw myself in the mirror, and thought oh well, I do know how to do a quick portrait... I didn't bother filling in the hair.
