This Peruvian roasted chicken with green sauce is much easier than it looks. To make the chicken crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside you marinate it in lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and oregano. Then you roast it in the oven and broil it at the end to make sure it gets crisp. The green sauce is made of cilantro, yogurt, jalapeños and lime.
