Skala is the second port in Agistri, along with Milos. Μooring in Skala's port is recommended for smaller boats, because it is quite shallow and has reefs right in front of the port's entrance. Larger boats can moor in Milos. Skala is not protected and so it's recommended to anchor when the weather is calm. The beaches have clear waters, suitable for underwater fishing. It's full of pine trees and it has a nice sandy beach as well as other places where you can go for swimming, fishing, make a pic-nic and also hiking through the island.
