Needle stretch!! Find a wall and place your needle leg onto the wall behind you. Make sure you also have something in front of you to push off of! Your bottom leg should be as far away from the wall as you'd like (what you are most comfortable with) but to get a good stretch you want your leg far from the wall :) lean back and try to get your head to touch your butt! Put your front leg on a high surface (it can be as high or as low as you can go, a good starter height could be around 4 inches or so). Make sure your hips are square, toes are pointed, as push your hips to the ground. Lean forward to stretch your heelstretch and lean back to stretch your needle!
