Day 26 of #hocuspocuslotus2 . i decided to focus my attention on coming to my elbows as I've never tried this before. Had to use the wall for #balance . another tough pose! #padmasamyasana #elbowbalance #wallyoga @cyogalab #yogachallenge . come into #forearmbalance first, then start to bring one hand under the chin, then maybe the other, then play with taking your feet away from the wall.
