5-INGREDIENT GOOEY CHOCOLATE CAKE
It’s so easy to make with just a few simple ingredients and it tastes absolutely amazing! 🙌 It has crisp edges and top, with a super indulgent, gooey, chocolatey middle 🤤 • Best served warm with ice cream, cream, fruit, or on its own 👌 All you need is: 145g salted butter, melted • 360g granulated sugar (or caster sugar) • 120g plain flour • 60g cocoa powder • 3 large eggs, lightly beaten, room temp Tin size: 7” springform pan (greased) Bake 160C (fan) 30-35 mins - the top should be crisp and set, and the centre should still gooey. Allow to cool fully in the tin 🥰 Store in the fridge and reheat if desired for a gooey pudding ❤️ Enjoy!
