Lizard Island is a spectacular, remote island on Australia’s Great Barrier Reef. It is landscaped by many tiny isolated coves that are rarely–if ever–visited by humans. Lizard’s powdery white sands and incredibly deep blue waters make it an amazing location to shoot.
The Grand Canyon is such an epic place—one of the Seven Natural Wonders of the World. My challenge was set. I had to capture this intense beauty on film. I set the alarm at 4 a.m. and hiked from my tent under moonlight.
