Apple Roses...this recipe is written in Romanian...translated to: 1 pound pastry dough, 3 apples (sliced thin), 6 T sugar, 2 T cinnamon, juice of 1/2 lemon.  The apples are boiled in water and lemon juice until pliable.  I don't speak Romanian, but used a translater to help.  Will be trying this...so pretty!
