INGREDIENTS - 3-4 tbsp cottage cheese - 1 egg white - salt pepper & chilli flakes - 2 eggs - 2 tbsp pesto - Handful rocket - chopped chives - Sriracha METHOD - To a bowl whisk the cottage cheese and egg white together with a fork - To a baking sheet spoon the cottage cheese into two equal circles and season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes - Bake in the oven at 220 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes (oven times may differ so keep an eye on them until they look crispy) take out half way and dab excess liquid with a paper towel and use a spatula to push back into shape - Once done, leave to cool for 10 minutes and prepare toppings - assemble tacos and enjoy! #ketogeniclife #ketosnacks #ketomeals #ketobreakfast #sugarfree #ketolove #ketofriendly #lowcarbfood #ketogeniclifestyle #ketojourney

Carrot Cake Baked Oats | Healthy Recipe
This recipe serves 4 (ish) - in the video I halved it. Use an 8x8" (or similar) sized tin for the measurements below - 2 bananas, mashed - 2 cups oats - 1 tbsp nut butter - 1 carrot, grated - 2 tsp cinnamon - 1 tsp vanilla extract - pinch salt have eaten these carrot - 1 tsp baking powdefats evervdav for - 1 tosp maple syrup or sweetener or choice (optional) he past week - 1-1.5 cups milk of choice - 1/3 cup pecans or walnuts, chopped (plus more for topping) - 1/3 cup raisins or sultanas - Greek yoghurt - for topping 1. Preheat oven to 180C and mix together all of the ingredients and add to a lightly greased 8x8" 2. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Let it cool before topping

Simmer on a low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally to stop it from sticking. If it starts to dry out, add a little extra cold water. After which, turn the heat off for a couple of minutes and allow it to thicken up. Finally, spoon into bowls! That’s it!
